In Short:
1.
I found yesterday, that there are a few CompuServe users from Moscow.
I sent messages to several of them, requesting info about availability and
pricing of CIS in Moscow.
And I plan to advice Animatek to get an account, if prices are acceptable.
2.
I propose that Martin Forster compiled World Builder WISHLIST from all of us
and send its updates regularly (let's say monthly) in big chunks to Oleg
via Internet. This way we will not disturb developers and on the other hand
guide them
somehow (and save them some money, because they have to pay even
when they receive e-mail).
3.
For small bugs, there always is Digimation, which supports WB in US.
