Lee – Coincidently, I just completed a globe with swirling clouds for use in a multimedia project I'm working on. These are several good globe maps on the Internet – several of them orthorectified for placement on a sphere. Seamless clouds may be made in Photoshop using the offset filter, or in Painter 3.1. The use of texture 1 and opacity slots in the materials editor will work fine in most circumstances, and I would add a greyscale version of texture 1 in the bump slot, with the slider set to between 3 and 12, depending on which map you are using. Let me know if you need any further information on globes. bob
