Just use Video Post — you can have it automatically resize each frame OR you
can have it crop the frame OR you can even position the frame in a larger
frame.
Just make up an IFL with the list of frames, and VP will do the rest (it will
go VERY quickly, a few seconds each frame — the only problem is you need
enough disk space, but it sounds like you only need less than 400meg, which
nowadays is peanuts. If you have less, do it in batches and delete the old
frames as you go).
VP is about the most indispensible tool around, and I'm looking forward to an
even more fully featured MAX version!
