Rock, sounds like you have a corrupt file in the list (check frame 130 to see if you can view it), are picking up spurious frames from other directories, or some files have different sizes. A couple of suggestions: check the bitmap that video post is flagging. View it, get file info on it. have image alchemy check every frame for size and make sure they are all valid. You can use alchemy file*.tga -x |more change your map paths to point to only 1 directory, to avoid picking up spurious files.
