#NT drives

Alec,
Part of my problem was that NT did recognize the cards as NE2000. The real
problem was that they are not NE2000 compatible _unless_ you change them from
the default "Artisoft" mode to NE2000 mode in the NRSETUP configuration.
Then you will have to change the lowlevel drivers for DOS (dual boot) in
the startnet file from NR to NEX000. And don't forget that unlike NR, the
NEX000 driver needs memory address, IRQ, and 16-bit specified on the command
line!
If you have done this already plese disregard

I hear it is possible to get the Win31 machines to see the NT drives but
not the other way around. Gus would know better than I, but I would like to
try to get this going.

This is dis-heartening! I have had good luck over in the Artisoft forum,
so far. I am hoping to take up this very issue soon, although this is lower
on my list of priorities at the moment<g>
