Sorry Razor PRO can not access the PAR under Win95 for the same reason
that it couldn't access the PAR when 32 bit file access was turned on
in Win 3.11. Although there is a switch to turn off 32 bit file access
in Win 95, it doesn't seem to fix the problem.
