Hi Rick, Question 1… You should be able to display 512×486 stills on your Targa+ and feed the signal straight to your deck. Likewise, you should be able to play flics out through the Targa+, either in 3DS or AniPro. You need to make sure you have the Targa+ drivers, the appropriate system configuration (drivers loaded, memory exclusion for the Targa+, etc.), and, if using 3DS, setup 3DS VIBCFG Render Display to Vibrant, selecting the "Targa+ (use TMODE.EXE) Automode" if you can. Don't select the Targa+ driver if you can avoid it. Question 2… I would assume you'd need some type of controller mechanism. The Sanyo GVR series has a built-in controller, but I doubt the EVO does.
