Carron, Take a look at the file FLICIN.TXT in the libraries. That is the method that I use to import animations into other Windows programs like Powerpoint and Word for Windows. Using this method, the animation opens and closes. I have never gotten a "do you wnat to save?" prompt. So check this out and see if you are doing the same procedure. If you are, and you still get the prompts, It is probably lotus notes that is throwing it into edit mode, not the Windows player. (Remember, the Windows player is a player only, it has no editing capabilities, so it has no functionality to request you to save changes to a FLC file. ) If the doc doesn't help you, let me know and I will actually test this in Notes. BTW, are you just using Notes, or some type of interface like VIP or some VB app? -Brian
