Dave,
IMO, a blurred mask would not be a 1-bit image (as it is in Animator Pro) it
would be a 256 level grayscale image. The gray value would control the
"density" of the incoming ink. The logical extension is that the mask is a FLC
file itself?
Maybe something like that already works in Animator Studio?
