8-Bit .BMP

conversion program is mostly done already. It is frustrating that so many paint
programs do some good things that others don't but skip some otherwise
essential details. I also bought EA's Delux Paint IIE. It has some great
palette manipulation features but does not deal with .BMP at all. Thanks for
the lead on PSP. <<
you'll find it as a file PSP.ZIP in WINUTIL forum. search on keyword "paint".
Great shareware program.
