Edward, The question of which format you save your animation in has no bearing on the legality of shipping a player along with your commercial application. If you are going to include code for a FLC player, or a Microsoft player, in a product that you are selling you would need permission from each respective company. To include an Autodesk produced player in your application you may need a licence agreement from Autodesk. The product manager for that is Brent Blackett. If you are not selling the product, you are free to distribute the Autodesk players without any type of license agreement. -Brian
