TAPCIS is shareware and you can download it by going to TAPCIS. I think it is
in library 1, but I'm not 100% sure. Leave a message, someone there will tell
you where it is.
WINCIM must be online somewhere. They use to sell it, but I've been getting
free copies of it from CIS for the last year.
