"Tail on preview" is an excellent addition to the Flyer, and you should find it useful. However, editing, even with this feature, is inherently a trial and error process. Upon previewing an edit, many times you will make adjustments. Seeing the tail doesn't tell exactly how the edit will look and feel. Fortunately with a non-linear system, previewing edits is much quicker than with tape editing. And. of course, once you are happy with the edit, you're done.
