Steve, Here is what I was trying to do. I'm using a program called Composite Studio. It can quickly create framestores from other framestores and brushes that have nice effects. Things that would take me a lot longer to accomplish. The original material was recorded on video tape and was still photographs. Some were documents like a marriage license. I saved them into the Flyer as video clips, since freeze frame saves has not been working. If the pictures did not fill the entire screen, such as vertical photos, I would cut them out as a brush and save them as a brush. The others I just went into TPaint and saved them as a framestore. Then I used Composite Studio to do its thing. In some cases, I even tried saving them via the old Toaster program to see if that would help, but they looked the same. Since I was dealing with still images, I am sure that I saved them as frames not fields, since nothing was moving. I use to be able to take the first frame of a scene, change it to a framestore and place it at the beginning of the scene to start with a freeze and then have action. Before, you could not see the difference between the framestore and the clip. Now it is very evident. Fred
