Chuck, I reposted this to you, since I sent it to myself last time.
I updated to 4.06. Notice I changed the subject thread.
Current project played fine.
I backed up a very small test project. Just 2 framestores and some audio.
The Conner Drive RESPONDED!
I deleted the test project & framestores, and successfully restored the
project.
I'm now in the process of backing up a much larger project. Will delete a few
clips
and test restore before formating drives. BTW, if I'm not experiencing any
probs with cleanup, should I reformat anyway? Or am I fixing something that's
not broke.
I probably have a lot of old header files on my flyer drives, as I have been
using them to
store a 2400 frame sequence of images. And I notice that I couldn't get my
"time avail" to get even close to "reorg time". Is this probaly why?

New:: I was able to back up the longer project over 2 tapes. Did some
reorganizing of the drives. Everything seems to be working fine. Can't find
how to implement the "clean-up" function I've read of. Is this manual or auto.
I'll try looking for past messages.
