Norman, I just spoke to someone with an A/V (gold) 9G who said that it has worked -perfectly- with the Flyer and he's filled up 95% of the drive. My 9G A/V gold was working well until it got funky and then died totally. It is to be replaced (hopefully by monday) by a -revised- AV gold from Micropolis, although it seems I will be the -first- to test this revision, as neither Micropolis nor Newtek has done any testing at this point (Chuck claims NT never received the drive for testing). BTW, Micropolis had my drive for a week, all the while claiming that they hadn't received it. Only through a UPS trace did I find this out. I haven't been able to use my Flyer for over three weeks and have lost a lot of work. I'm hoping that when I finally get the drive, it will work with 4.06. Of course, then I have to send in my 4G Seagate for revision (when the program starts.) This is the last time I buy into an emerging technology — too many headaches. There's got to be a better way…
