There are only a few good reasonably priced sound cards out there for use under
Windows 3.1. My 3 favorites are Digital Audio Labs Card D+, Roland RAP 10, and
Turtle Beach. The best tech support was with the Card D+, its great, whenever
I call there (mostly to pester them about making NT drivers for their card!) A
PERSON answers the phone and you can actually TALK to them about their product
(just like at in:sync!). The card is reasonably priced. Let me know if you
