That sounds like a good guideline. I was thinking last night about contacting
their legal department and asking about two things. If anything that could be
viewed from the air was usuable? And, if anything that would be seen by the
public during their open house days was usuable. Although, I doubt either one
would be, come to think of it. It is illegal, or at least forbidden by company
rules, to take photographs in either circumstance. I've just about decided to
go with a generic type complex. I can show em enough to know that the idea came
from that complex. At the same time leaving out and mixing up enough to stay
away from any patent problems. They will be the first viewers, and if they say
it's too close to the real thing I'll just go to the burn bag with it.
Thanks for the public domain guideline, sounds like a good safe one to live by.
