New Ani Stud pricing
Received fax late today on new AiStud list of $295. Am without words, and only
partly because I was brought up to only say good things. Was this a CadCamp
discussion, or is it another AutoDesk decision with input only from God? Look
forward to DAB comments. Obviously it wasn't selling.
Also, I do get the dealer book now, and I see that the Siggraph promo is held
over to Sept 30. On top of that, we now get 50% off on purchases of 5 3DS per
today's fax. So we are right back where we started about 15 months ago, with
all the effort going to the volume dealers. We will never get any type of
price stability with this approach. I have had 2 terrible experiences with
Authorware recently where we found and nourished the prospect and when it came
to buy, they sold out to the lowest bidder. It will start all over again with
3DS, i fear, F2F notwithstanding. Will look forward to your comments, all.
