I think I know what might be going wrong Gary. You have to check your final output settings. Be sure you have set Razor output to .PRJ file and also be sure the AUDIO check box is checked. If you still have your output settings set to ANI Razor won't even consider rendering your audio, so double check you have it set to DPS .PRJ file.
