They sent me mail and told me that this particular excercise in the tutorial is sensitive to the "source" location of the ink. I believe the suggestion was to make the initial point "about an inch" below the divers feet. Clearly they are working at a different resolution than I am (the whole image isn't much more than an inch), but I'll take the general suggestion and try again. However, I'm pretty baffled. I've used clone ink on several packages and it seems pretty straightforward. No idea why the example wouldn't work the first time. John
