Hi Sean,
Just a long shot, but some time ago I had a problem running AniPro. The
error message seems vaguely reminiscent and the problem was with QEMM running
with QDPMI active. Perhaps this may be your problem which could explain why
Win95 cures the problem – it might provide more compatible (or less
incompatible) DPMI services for AniPro.
