Cutting thru all the gobble-de-gook and MISInfoWorld article, the plain
fact of the matter is that by uploading a file to Compuserve you give up NO
rights whatsoever. As the author, you may distribute the program to to
whom ever you wish and you may allow others to do so….or you may deny the
same.
