Jan, InfoWorld is just like any other newspaper. They need readers to make money. They don't think they have time to verify every story, so they run with it if they think it is "reasonable". Look at what happened to every US network and newspaper during the Chernoble incident. 1 guy claims to have heard that 2000+ people died in the immediate explosion of the reactor. The papers and networks fell all over themselves reporting it as "an informed source tells us" and basically saying it was fact. In fact, they all had to retract the story and it was fiction. People have short memories for things that are printed in the media and prove to be wrong, unless it happens every day…and as such, the media get away with printing pretty much what they want, without verifying because they don't want someone else to beat them to the story. InfoWorld has justly earned the nickname Mis-InfoWorld, I don't trust anything I see in it until it is verified. Don
