Are you sure it wasn't the Bahamian Court who appointed the
Trustees? I don't know how it works in the Bahamas, but in the US,
it's the Bankruptcy Court that chooses the Trustees. Be pretty
foolish for any jurisdiction to allow the the petitioner in
bankruptcy to choose them.
