bathing in ultraviolet paint would make it impossible to dicern _your_
features, surely enough, but it would not do _anything_ about the occlusion you
make in the background that is otherwise visible to the observer you wish to be
invisible to. Optics has not advanced far enough (not to mention the other
disciplines required) to fashion a paint, costume, or other flexible object
that would pass light around/through the area you are in effectively enough to
make you invisible. And Other than that, I think you are out of luck. How about
a phase change? Gee, I'm out of phase… think I'll walk through that wall….
