Membership (they call it that rather than a subscription) is $24 US per year in
the US and Canada, $34 US elsewhere. The membership form in the AA&J asks for
the number of drives and the type of printer you use, besides your name and
address. There is also a space to fill in which issue you want to start with…
I don't have the latest one here, but I believe they're up to something like
vol 2, iss 2 (6 issues / volume = 1 year).
