As I've also run into this problem with Helvetica Narrow & service bureaus
-let me offer this bit of advice. Either make a new suitcase with the
specific fonts in your document (I'm talking Mac & font/DA mover here), or
make a new suitcase with all of your fonts and take either to your service
bureau with your next job. I would recommend making the "all fonts"
suitcase, as you won't have to worry about making suitcases all the time –
just tell said bureau what fonts you've used in the document. This also
alleviates the problem of "Font I.D.# Conflict.
