Don, I recall reading a review of The Wedge in AmigaWorld. It requires an
IBM (yetch) compatable hard disk controller. The review made the Wedge
sound undesirable – it was very sensitive to movement.
I recall an article in one of the DL's about using the Supra SCSI host
adapter with an RLL controller and a hard drive.
I'll keep shopping around before deciding. I just want to avoid paying
upwards of $600 for a 20 meg harddrive for the A1000. I also would like to
get something that could possibly be used with the A2000 should I decide
to upgrade.
