The only command you should not use under V1.3 is the ARP MOUNT, which does
not work with the fast filesystem. I don't know the V1.3 enhancements well
enough to reccommend what you might like to replace; your best bet might be
to go through the V1.3 manual and read through it, that way you can learn
the new features and choose which programs you'd like to replace at the
