Don, I also apologize for duplicate messages. Seems that This TAPCIS had problems leaving messages last night and didn't think they got through the first time! As far as the link goes, I am using a Pharmacy computer system that prints a list of customers via a serial cable. I take this cable and connect it to the 2000's serial port and use ONLINE!. The only way I can save it as a file is with a capture text file (It does appear on the screen). The problem is that ONLINE cuts it off after the first line. I think it is because of some garbage being sent by the pharmacy computer at the begining of each line. (they do devious things so people like myself are held hostage to their programming staff—-$$$$$!)! I thought maybe their is a program that would just accept input via the serial port at 9600 in straight ASCII and solve my problems Jer
