Transfer Modes
One of the most useful features of <whisper> freehand is that you can
modify the frequency and angles of dots and lines (tranfer modes) for
object fills. Is there a chance that Adobe is working on incorporating such
a feature in an Illustrator update?
Otherwise, because I88 can handle 3-D modeling with a combination of
transformations and masks, it would be of great use to alter the dpi of
grays not only for added "realism", but also for improved output on both
300dpi printers and Linotronics.
Can anyone direct me the appropriate info source to modify existing I88 PS
code (e.g., 80 45 currentscreen exch pop exch pop gsave setscreen seems to
be correct, but where should it be placed per object?) or has anyone had
any other ideas to accomplish this?
