#Computer Mart woes

I just downloaded your file, HDWARN.ARC, and I must say it was very
enlightening. I've only had one experience with Computer Mart ( a piece of
software) and I had no problems. This Roy character that you've been dealing
with sounds like a real winner. I've had similar experiences with people like
him and it made me want to crawl through the phone on the other end and
confront them face to face or face to fist <grin>. I'm buying a harddrive in
the next couple of weeks. I just haven't been able to make up my mind. I was
looking at the Seagate ST251N and believe it or not was probably going to order
it from Computer Mart as they seemed to have the best price. Not so anymore!
I think that I'll spend the extra $120.00 and go with the Quantum Q40 and maybe
the Xetec fastcard. Thanks again for letting the buying public in on your
problems. It's the only legal way of striking back that I know of. Hit 'em
right where it hurts-in the pocketbook. Maybe, if enough poeople refuse to put
up with their way of doing things, they'll improve.
