Call Waiting

The code for canceling call waiting on pulse systems is 1170 although
just like the *70 solution it don't always work. I've also heard that there
were some other methods that are peculiar to the individual local fone co's.
There is supposed to be another method of programming the modem to wait a
longer time for disconnect, although I've never played with it.
