In Lib5 of AmigaTech, there is a set of lectures, class notes, homework
assignments, and solutions to those assignments – all from a class in C
programming that was taught here on CIS last fall by Vic Wagner. Might try
that.
Books – well, I found lots of help in Rob Peck's PROGRAMMER'S GUIDE TO THE
AMIGA.
