There is a file in lib 1 called ARCHLP.EXE. Download this file along with
ARC.EXE, ZOO201.ARC, and LHARC.ZOO. If you run ARCHLP.EXE (open a cli or
shell, and type it's name), it will guide you through the process, explaining
how to use the various programs.
