I'm in about the same boat you are, but I will be buying Lattice C in a couple of weeks. I just finished reading a book titled "C Programming Language An Applied Perspective" While it is not specific to the Amiga, I found the examples to be very easy to follow and I can actually read some C programs now and figure out what they are doing. I also have the Waite Group's _Inside the Amiga with C_ by John Thomas Berry, which I found to be very illuminating, although I caught some errors in the source files provided.
