I like little rings of letters which can be set aspin. This ARexx
program takes any string as its argument and builds the ring. A
trailing space is added so that the end doesn't whamjamdamblam into
the beginning. The radius of the circle is set based upon the
length of the string so it should work correctly for strings of any
