I believe you also need the FAR PASCAL keywords for Chowmain. Try:
int FAR PASCAL _export Chowmain (void)
{
return 10;
}

P.S. The PASCAL will prevent the prepending of the underscore. If you have
arguments, it will also shove them onto the stack in PASCAL order.
P.P.S. You don't need the _export on LibMain, but it can't hurt.
