John, Remember you're talking to a businessman. Perceptions of quality are as important as quality in fact. The customer's sophistication (or lack ofit) are critical in product selection. Those who are new to computing are fearful of large capital outlays without informed criteria for selection. They either solicit help from friends or they go with an established name. Whether the natural phenonenom is right or wrong, I can't say. All I can say is it exists. Hal Grigdesby, Krannert Graduate School of Management, Purdue University – via Whap!
