Express service is handled through C= not the dealer and only applies to the A500, Gold Service is for the 2XXX and 3XXX series, so those people who bought from MG are being lied too, by MG (Montgomery Grant). I've seen enough nightmares from there that it makes me shudder to think what they sold the customers. But there is a good point here C= aquisition of parts for a repair is often horrendous (we have been waiting for A2000 mother boards for 3 months), although sometimes it's suprisingly good, but never steady.
