PanaMate is a driver for AnimatorPro, intended for use by those people who
can't get VESA VBE support for their Super VGA boards. We also offer XGA
support, since there is no XGA VESA VBE support.
The original EM/16 was based on the Tseng Labs ET-3000, and could support a
maximum of 800×600 at 256 colors, as you seem to be experiencing.
