Harold, I've been thinking of getting SOFT-PC for Amax to help solve some of my problems with CD-Rom access. I have a 3000 with only 2 IBM slots, 1 has the Bridgeboard and the other a Chinon controller for the CD-Rom drive. But I have found that most IBM CD-Rom software requires at least EGA emulation or better. So, are you able to access your CD-Rom drive as a IBM CD drive through SOFT-PC? If so, do you just set up the Microsoft Extension and Chinon (or other) drivers on the SOFT-PC? This can get a little wild 8^) An Amiga 3000, emulating a Mac, emulating a 286AT faster than a 286 Bridgeboard, with more features 8^) John – K7KB (via Whap!)
