Ok. Well, what you call "compatible hardware" I'd call a system-superuser dependant cross-compile, something that is of no use to the average user with their own machine. And ALL that I say is that Unix isn't poised to be the OS of the future, in the sense that it won't be the most common OS. I find it interesting that you say it's not the best environment for WP and spread sheets – why? Isn't the Unix OS good enough? Xwindows looks great in pictures, so what's wrong? –Ben
