The cost of the bb's has come down some; in the 'good' old days the bb's just by themselves cost more then complete clones did. I remember xt bb's going for $600 without the extra multipurpose card needed, while one could buy a clone for that or less with monitor, keyboard, etc. A well priced 386 bb with serial, parallel, clock, at least 1 meg ram (with usable high ram) supporting at least EGA on the Ami monitor, with ability to access the existing Aniga floppy drives could not just sell well on its own, but could be a very valuable selling tool for the 3000. It would certainly have sold at least 2 of my friends, and possibly many more. I'm told that CBM has exhibited a 386 bb recently, but I haven't talked to anyone who saw it. Ron
