Well, John, as you know, Viewpoint recently completed a litigation model for us. It's time for an unsolicited testimonial. When a company agrees to create a model, as you did, and everything goes off without a hitch, the client is happy, and the tape is "in the can", all that can be said is "they did their job". But I believe that a company shows its true colors when things don't work out so easily. When problems occur, as they frequently do, the opportunity is provided to guage many important factors: a company's perseverence, their pride in their work and sense of teamwork, and dedication to their clients (to name a few). In our first project with Viewpoint, we had such an opportunity. You and your staff, John, should be proud. You braved a variety of factors which might well have spelled failure for a less-dedicated group and you made us very happy. You can be sure that we will look forward to our next opportunity to work with you and recommend you both for the quality of your work and for the fair pricing.
