I mean both Steve. A lack of customer support is a primary concern. I believe there may yet be a single member in CATS that handles UNIX customer support. That is, if you believe that a single person can handle 'customer support' for the entire UNIX market. Active Development helps to insure that the product keeps up with the times, and further demonstrates the company's commitment to the product. In Commodore's case it is important to remind people of the commitment on a daily basis with continued efforts in what may be a non-profit item in the short term, but may pay off in crediability and dollars later. I believe that Commodore killed UNIX before it ever started. -mark= – via the Whapster!
