Thanks for the catch. I'm always forgetting about DataPath$ having the drive spec in it too. (I use this same file-open form in several programs. I guess that nobody else has experienced the problem because they had the files on the default drive, in which case DataDrive$ = "". I hope everyone sees your message and removes all references to DataDrive$ in the code. I think it would be a great idea to reference significantly helpful VB articles in magazines, as well as how to subscribe to magazines that frequently have VB articles. Another topic I've had in the back of my mind and never done anything about is an up-to-date list of VB-related items in the MSKB. Feel free to adapt the Viewer to Lurker, if you like.
