Hi Don, Thanks for pursuing this problem with MS. Knowing the problem is officially documented and known by MS is very good news. It means they will have a chance to fix it in Win3.1. On to another minor problem. Remember a few days ago when your system hung and I got the "Testing" message? Since then peculiar things have been happening with the messages I've been receiving from you. Several messages were sent twice including your most recent message concerning the announcement of the shell bug. Also, this message had my name in the TO: section but not my CIS number, so I didn't receive it directly, but only when I downloaded a bunch of threads.
