Helen, My company's MicroHelp Muscle has the common dialog routines with easy-to-use "wrappers". (It also includes more than 400 other routines!) If you have the COMMDLG.DLL (and the docs, which are part of Win 3.1), you can use all of the common dialogs except "Find Text" and "Replace Text" (because they require message processing) directly from VB, as long as you don't mind the inability to have Help available. Our product provides an interface so you can have help *and* process the messages from Find Text and Replace Text.
